The smallest bay in Calas de Mallorca is called "Cala Antena". Obviously it is less crowded than the bigger bays. If you fancy to chill out, that's the beach where you should go. Nowhere else in Calas you can have a cool Mojito right at the beach. Therefore you must stop at the "Mojito" beach-hut, a nice little bar.
One hotel close to Cala Antena is the "Sol Meliá" hotel. From the upper rooms you have an awsome view over the sea and the coastline.
